Our catering specialists are happy to design a menu just for you, some ideas are as follows:
- Crowd Pleasing Cocktail & Finger Food 1 $10 per person (appx 5-7 pieces each)
- Baked petite beef pies, vegetable pasties, sausage rolls, yum cha selection of vegetarian spring rolls and dim sims all served with condiments and dipping sauces.
- Crowd Pleasing Cocktail & Finger Food 2 $12 per person (appx 4-6 pieces each).
- Mini spinach, tomato and bacon quiches, Baked petite beef pies, vegetable pasties, sausage rolls, yum cha selection of vegetarian spring rolls and dim sims all served with condiments and dipping sauces.
- Crowd Pleasing Cocktail & Finger Food 3 $15 per person (appx 4-8 pieces each)
- Mini spinach, tomato and bacon quiches, Baked petite beef pies, vegetable pasties, sausage rolls, yum cha selection of vegetarian spring rolls and dim sims, sweet BBQ meat balls, peanut chicken shasliks with condiments and dipping sauces.
- Gourmet Cocktail Selection 1 $18 per person (appx 4-5 pieces each)
Italian meat balls, peanut chicken shasliks, chive, egg and bacon tarts, selection of sushi, vegetarian spring rolls and pork dim sims and Indian spice samosas all served with condiments and dipping sauces.
- Cocktail & Finger Food Platters
A popular option is to choose a couple of the choices above and order a few platters on arrival for guests just to warm up. What ever your budget is we have a platter solution. Prices start from $50-$100.
Beverage Packages
To work out the most suitable option for your function or event please discus with the function coordinator. We can offer A Cash Bar, Bar Tab System or Set Packages for 2,3,or 4 hour durations
Standard Beverage Options
- Option 1 - Beverage Package
$33 per person for 3 hours of continuous local tap beers, red & white wines, sparkling wines, soft drinks, fruit juices and chilled filtered water.
- Option 2 – Beverage Bar Tab
An amount initiated by the host to be paid and guests get complimentary beverages until the amount is exhausted, followed by a cash bar. A popular option is a tab that gives guests discounted beverages; this will stretch the budget that much further.
- Option 3 – Cash Bar
Guests pay for their own beverages, a number of specials will run on the night.
- Option 4 – Complimentary Host drinks on arrival or at Toast
The host may wish to offer guests a drink on arrival or a popular option is complimentary bubbly at toast or speech time.
